Nicholas Page Non-Executive Director

Nicholas Page, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, was appointed a non-executive director of the Company on 5th July 2010. Nicholas has been a non-executive director of International Personal Finance plc and Chairman of its Audit and Risk Committee since 2007. He is a senior adviser to Star Capital Partners and Chairman of C.A.R.E. Europe SA. His previous appointments include Chief Operating Officer of Travelex plc, Managing Director of Hambro Insurance Services plc, executive director of Hambros Bank and Joint Deputy Chairman of Hambro Group Investments, and a non-executive director of MoneyGram International Limited.
